The building
The building was built in1871 by Eduard Fontseré, and reformed in 1900 by Pau Salvat i Espasa, a great admirer of Puig i Cadafalchs. He was inspired by the art of the Catalan Modernism movement of organic and natural design and decoration.

Hundreds of details
Casa Oller stands out for its extremely rich adornment. Majestic wrought-iron plant motifs, coloured stained glass windows, carved wood, sgraffito and an abundance of decorated ceramics make it deserving of protection as cultural heritage.
